sometimes...i don't feel confident in what i have to do n what i want to do...

especially talking in front of the people that i dont know...

talking to someone in the phone with someone that i dont know...

n also things that need commitment....

i afraid i can't give 100% commitment to thing that need commitment...

i need to build up my confident...but how?
